  • Valid, Current Real Estate License – The candidate must maintain a valid and current real estate license, held in good standing with all applicable regulatory authorities.

  • Minimum of 4 Years as a Realtor® – The candidate shall possess no less than 4 years of active experience as a Realtor®, demonstrating a consistent record of professional engagement in the industry. Candidate must be a full-time real estate agent.

  • Demonstrated Sales Performance – The candidate must have successfully closed 12+ residential transactions per year over the last two years in the capacity of listing and/or buyer’s agent. Agents leading teams should show 30+ closed residential transactions averaged over the last two years in the capacity of listing and/or buyer’s agents. Rental transactions shall be excluded from this criterion.

  • Dedicated Transaction Coordinator – The candidate must have access to a dedicated transaction coordinator, whether directly employed or through a broker, to ensure seamless and efficient management of all transactions.

  • Continuing Education – At a minimum, the candidate shall maintain current, up-to-date continuing education credentials in compliance with all applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong Professional Network – Established relationships with industry professionals, lenders, and contractors.
