Get Approved

We'll let you know if you've been approved or not within 48 hrs of the phone call.

Start Taking Referrals

When we have a referral, we'll contact you and see if you're available for a new client. If so, sign our referral form & we'll send you the contact info!

Close Deals

We'll check up with you & the clients to make sure everything is moving along nicely. Just keep us updated on final price, title company, & closing information.

Our referral fee is 0.8% of the final sale price for the transactions. No upfront costs & we only get paid after closing.

Is a referral fee worth the cost?

Absolutely! The referral fee is your Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)—and with just one KARDNL referral, you can easily 6x that acquisition cost. Our goal is to connect agents with clients who bring high Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

What is CLV?

What if I don't have 4+ years of experience as an agent?

You can qualify instead with 3+ years experience & 36+ closed residential purchase or listing transactions over the past 2 years.
